Do you want to organize your next party but don’t have ideas or money for a party planner? Use ChatGPT as your virtual party planner! ChatGPT is the latest chatbot that has taken the internet by storm! Think of it as the new ‘Google’.
I recently published a series of posts about the Train-Themed Birthday Party I organized for our son a while ago.
So, as I was working on my posts, I thought I’d get you lovely readers some extra train-themed ideas.
Now, a simple conversation with ChatGPT simplified my research so much and the ideas provided were so detailed and great.
In just 5 minutes minutes I got 6 pages of ideas! And just to clarify, it took me longer to type the questions than to get the responses.
You can watch the video below to see ChatGPT in action:
I started by providing some generic context so I typed “I want to organize a train-themed birthday party for my 1-year old son.” Then, I asked the chatbot if it can provide suggestions.
In just 2 seconds the chatbot provided high level ideas for all the things you’d need to consider: decorations, food, activities, gifts and photography. Here they are:
- Decorations: Use red and blue streamers and balloons to create a train-like atmosphere. You could also hang up pictures of trains or use toy trains as decorations.
- Food: Serve snacks that are shaped like trains, such as train-shaped sandwiches or cookies. You could also serve “train tracks” made of pretzel sticks and icing.
- Activities: Set up a small train table for the kids to play with, or have a train-shaped piñata filled with candy. You could also read train-themed books to the kids or have a train-themed treasure hunt.
- Gift: Create a personalized t-shirt or cap for your son with a train or railway station illustration.
- Photography: You can also hire a professional photographer for a family photo session with a train-themed background.
As you get more specific with the questions, you get more comprehensive answers. So I asked the bot “What finger foods and snacks do you recommend?”
- Train-shaped sandwiches: Use a train-shaped cookie cutter to cut sandwiches into train shapes.
- Train-shaped cookies: Make or buy train-shaped cookies and decorate them with icing in different colors.
- “Train tracks” made of pretzel sticks and icing: Arrange pretzel sticks on a platter to resemble train tracks and use icing as “glue” to hold them together.
