Digital Products
The Printables are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped. Note that:
- The files are non-editable and provided exactly “as-is”.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, cancellations or refunds are not available.
- The download links expire in 7 days so make sure you download your files on time!
- Print quality may vary based on your printer, settings, and paper type. Please note that colors may differ between your screen and the final print due to monitor and printer settings.
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes
- Cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your order & email the digital PDF files
- Respond to your requests
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, our Administrators can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
Payments
We process payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total, currency and billing information.

Purchasing Kitchen Essentials (Affiliate Program)
I am part of Amazon’s Affiliate Program. The Kitchen Essential category includes Amazon.com affiliate links to products I personally use and love. All prices are listed in USD dollars as per Amazon.com. Note that prices for affiliate products might not always be up to date on Roxy’s Kitchen (i.e. to account for changes in prices, discounts etc.). The price reflected on Amazon.com is the accurate one.
If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, your costs will be the same but Roxy’s Kitchen will receive a small commission which is used for hosting and running this site. I appreciate your support!
Sharing Recipes on Web Sites, Blogs, Social Media, Forums etc.
- If you wish to share one of my recipes, write your own introduction and provide your own pictures. Do not copy the entire recipe and pictures from Roxy’s Kitchen. Also, provide credit and a link back to the original recipe.
- You can copy ONE picture on your web site or blog as long as there is a link back to the original recipe. See this post with a list of pictures from other websites as an example.
- Do not copy and paste the entire post content on forums or social media; you can provide an excerpt, review or your own summary and provide the link back to the original recipe.
No web site content, other than the one defined above, may be copied, distributed, printed, republished or posted without Roxy’s Kitchen express prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws such as copyright.
