Ingredients:
- 300g strawberry yogurt, at room temperature
- 300g strawberries
- 4 Tbsp (1/3 cup) sugar
- 100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
- 28g unflavoured gelatin
- 400ml whipping cream, at room temperature
Directions:
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces.
Add the 4 tablespoons of sugar over the strawberries and place in a pot over medium heat until strawberries are soft.
Cool the mixture until is no longer hot (should be still warm) and then combine it with the strawberry yogurt.
Place the gelatin in a small bowl and add a few tablespoons of warm water over. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water until the gelatin is dissolved.
Combine the gelatin with the strawberry yogurt mixture and slowly incorporate the whipped cream into the mixture.
