You better watch out, You better not cry, Better not pout, I’m telling you why: Santa Claus is coming to town. Are you ready for Santa’s visit? Instead of waiting for him with milk and cookies this year, you can place some delicious strawberry and cream cheese Santa hats by the chimney.
OK, nothing new here… I’ve seen all kinds of variations of Santa hats made out of strawberries and (most times) whipping cream. However, I had some leftover cream cheese frosting from a cake I made so I decided to give these a try. They are easy to make and a perfect little treat for your Christmas menu!
Time: 10 min, Prep: 10 min.
Servings: 10
Ingredients:
- 10 strawberries
- Cream cheese frosting (1/4 of the quantity indicated in the recipe)
Directions:
Wash strawberries and remove the stems.
Pipe the cream cheese frosting around the base of the strawberry and a bit on the tip to resemble Santa’s hat. I used a #32 open star tip but you could use others as well.
Enjoy these cute and delicious treats!
