This Easy Roasted Cauliflower recipe uses simple ingredients that you most likely have in your kitchen. I make this very often and it’s delicious as a side dish or a snack. My kids love it and eat it straight out of the pan!
If you follow a low-carb diet, this simple recipe is great for you as cauliflower is very low in calories but high in vitamins and fiber.
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 °F (232 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut or break the cauliflower into bite-sized florets or bigger 2-inch (5-cm) pieces, depending on your preference. If you’re looking for a bit of crunchiness then go with the bigger pieces.
Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil. Toss the cauliflower with paprika, garlic powder and salt.
Bake for 10 minutes and then flip all the pieces. Bake 10 more minutes, flip the pieces again and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
The baking time will vary depending on the size of your pieces. If your pieces are bigger, then bake for 15 minutes before flipping the pieces.
