This Yogurt, Fruit & Granola Bowl is one of my go-to breakfast recipes. This breakfast bowl is perfect for busy mornings when you need something quick and easy, but it’s also a great option for lazy weekend mornings.
This recipe is packed full of fresh, juicy fruit and crunchy, nutrient-dense granola, making it the perfect way to fuel up and start your day off on the right foot.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 75 g (1/2 cup) of blueberries
- 40 g (1/2 cup) of granola
If you prefer a keto-friendly version, you can substitute regular granola with keto granola. I usually go for an organic Keto Granola that Costco sells. It contains pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, coconut, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds.
Directions
To assemble your breakfast bowl, start by adding your yogurt to a bowl. You can use any type of plain yogurt you like, but Greek yogurt is a great choice because it’s high in protein and has a rich, creamy texture.
Next, add your sliced banana, diced kiwi, orange segments, and blueberries. Be sure to spread the fruit out evenly across the bowl.
Finally, sprinkle your granola over the top of the fruit.
Mix to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Whether you’re looking for a healthy and delicious way to start your day, or just want a tasty treat to enjoy any time of day, this yogurt, fruit, and granola bowl is sure to hit the spot.
