Ingredients:
- 750 g strawberries
- 125 g sugar
- 21 g gelatin
Directions:
Puree the strawberries until smooth.
Add the sugar and place in a saucepan over low-medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat.
Soften the gelatin in a few tablespoons of warm water and combine with the strawberry mixture. Let it cool for a while (should still have pouring consistency) before using it to fill your cakes etc..
