We love any appetizer with smoked salmon! My mother in law makes some delicious ones with slices of bread, cream cheese and smoked salmon. She cuts the crust from each slice of bread, spreads some cream cheese on, adds slices of smoked salmon and then rolls them up tightly. I love them but I find it takes too much time to make them… that’s because I could never stop at one roll-up and I would need to make too many of them : )). So I decided to make my own version of roll-ups using tortillas instead. These Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Roll-Ups take less than 10 minutes to make and they are simply irresistible! They look lovely on any appetizer platter and the flavours of dill, cream cheese and smoked salmon will be sure to entice anyone’s taste buds!

Can you prepare them and store them in the fridge for a few days?

This looks delicious. Would you recommend using sour cream in place of the cream cheese?
Roxy says
I wouldn’t because the sour cream is not as thick as the cream cheese… it might be too watery and runny for the rolls.
