Ingredients
- 800 g pre-rolled puff pastry
- 4 Tbsp ketchup
- 6 cheese slices (150-200 g)
- 6 white pork ham slices (150-200 g)
- 1 egg
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Unroll the sheet of puff pastry into a large rectangle directly onto the parchment paper.
Spread the ketchup evenly over half of the puff pastry rectangle.
