Our family loves these Easy No-Knead Doughnut Bites! You can even get your kids to make their favorite dessert in just minutes – watch the video below to see a 4-year old and a 6-year old in action!

Ingredients (for 20-25 doughnut bites):

• 150 g yogurt
• 150 g sour cream
• 300 g all-purpose flower
• 8 g vanilla sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
• oil for frying

Directions :

Lightly beat the two eggs. Mix the eggs with all the wet ingredients.

Mix all dry ingredients (except the powdered sugar).

Put together the dry and wet ingredients and mix them using a spatula.

Heat the oil in a pan. Scoop out some batter using an ice cream scoop or a spoon and drop it in the hot oil. Fry them a few minutes on each side. Remove the doughnut bites from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Cover the doughnut bites with powdered sugar.
