Below, you’ll find a list of all the ingredients used to create this Halloween-themed food board. The quantities will depend on how large your charcuterie board or platter is. The board pictured in this post is 74 cm (29’’) x 28 cm (11’’).

Jack O’ Lantern

• Baby Carrots: Use baby carrots to form the body of the pumpkin.
• Yellow Peppers: Cut into triangle shapes for the eyes and nose.
• Cream Cheese Dip: Fill the pepper triangles with cream cheese. 
• Cucumber Slices: Use cucumber slices to create the pumpkin’s teeth and top.

Spooky Eyeballs

• Bocconcini: Halve the small mozzarella balls to create the eyeballs.
• Olives: Use green or black olives with red pepper pieces to form the pupils.
• Baguette Slices: Use these to create a base for the eyeballs.
• Ham: Use thin ham strips to wrap them around the eyeballs to resemble flesh.

Bloody Half Arm

• Cheese Strings: For the fingers, use cheese strings wrapped in prosciutto to create a creepy, realistic effect.
• Feta or Cream Cheese Dip: This forms the palm of the hand, giving it a creamy texture.
• Smoked Loin: Cut in half and placed flat to represent the forearm.
• Prosciutto Slices: Cover the arm and the hand with prosciutto slices for added realism.
• Ketchup: Drizzle on top of the hand for a bloody effect.
• Knife: Place a knife through the “hand” for an extra spooky touch.

Finishing Touches
