Today I’m going to show you how to make an easy and funny vegetarian appetizer which I hope will bring a smile to your face 🙂 .

Time: 15 min, Prep: 15 min.
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

• 4 tomatoes               
• 150 g eggplant salad, store-bought or homemade
• 8 black peppercorns
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade

Directions:

Cut off (but not completely) the top of each tomato.

Using a small spoon, carefully scoop out pulp from tomatoes. Drain the insides of the tomatoes with a paper towel.

Spoon eggplant salad into tomatoes and place the sliced top back on the tomato.

Pipe two mayo eyes and stick two peppercorns as seen below.

And lastly, enjoy this funny and tasty tomato 🙂 !
